Residence located near the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro, just steps away from grocery stores, bakeries, bars, ice cream shops, and pizzerias. Our nice apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator and is ideal for four guests. It features a living room with a double sofa bed and separate kitchen, a furnished terrace with table and chairs, one double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower box. It is also equipped with a TV, A/C, a Satellite TV, a common garden and one uncovered parking space per booking. Beach distance: 50mt.°Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
