I stayed on the second floor with an ocean view and for me it was worth the extra cost because the view was amazing. You must be able to navigate steps to do so. Room was spacious and equipped with mini- frig. Very nice bathroom with shower and plenty of countertop. Very comfy bed. Beach right out front with umbrellas and lounge chairs to use. Great location. Staff Very friendly and eager to give suggestions where to eat.

Thee was no staff members on site to check us in when we arrived. After calling a number listed on the door someone showed up about 20 minutes later. He was unaware that we had a reservation that was already paid for, but was able to give us a hotel room. Unfortunately, the hotel room temperature was in the upper 80s and the air conditioning did not work. We paid a premium rate for a room to sleep in comfortably and we ended up sleeping in a sauna, which was very difficult and very uncomfortable. The next morning, the front desk girl wrote down my contact information andassured me that a manager would be reaching out to me to provide some kind of compensation or reimbursement. Three days have passed and I have received no communication from anyone. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in many years. My girlfriend and I are both very heat sensitive and I truly believe that we would have been more comfortable, sleeping outside on a park bench for free. I expected management to do the right thing. Shame on her for doing absolutely nothing about the situation

It was totally Amazing! It was our 1st time on the Island and was Beautiful! I highly recommend this resort.
