"Excellent place to rest to hang out. Overall service was good, the staff is very polite. Easy to walk around town, the town is lovely. Right outside the hotel there are locals vendors with typical food and artisanal products. The road from Medellin to Santa Fe de Antioquia is excellent, its about one hour away from Medellin."

"I never write a review but this hotel needed one. The place was not well managed. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower did not work. The main problem is that I decided to take a weekend of rest at this place. Since we got there it had loud music the entire time, until 2:00am. We have three little kids and they couldn’t even fall asleep. After we complained at 11:00pm telling them the music is blasting and people are trying to sleep, they barely even turned it down. The food was good, but the rest of the environment was not family friendly mainly just a bar scene. Awful experience!!"

"It’s a very tropical area with many trees,gardens,tropical vegetation and mosquitoes if it rains.It’s near the central area but you can take a mototaxi for just US$1. The swimming pool is good and there are many other activities to do there but the best it’s walking all around the Colonial Area. Good restaurants, museums, churches and if you go for a cultural event it will be even better."
