These modernly furnished apartments are located directly on Lake Como. Your quietly located holiday home with a lake view consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. You can spend the best time of the day on your private terrace, which faces directly onto the lake. Here you have a place that lets you forget everyday life and is perfect for a long breakfast in the morning or a delicious glass of excellent wine in the evening by candlelight. If you don't want to go on an extended day trip, you can also spend the day in the immediate vicinity of your holiday apartment - in summer, Lake Como is of course ideal for swimming. A jetty on the lake makes it easier for you to access the water. Your plus: If you stay 10 nights or more, you will receive one free pizza per person per stay in the neighboring restaurant (excluding drinks). Lezzeno is located on the eastern arm of Lake Como, between Nesso and Bellagio. From here you have good opportunities to explore the region by car, bus or even by boat. There are some typical local fish restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias, small grocery stores and bakeries. The mix of history, culture and landscape characterizes this area, where traditional Italian life still takes place. Boats depart from the harbor for Como, Cadenabbia, Menaggio and Bellagio. Be sure to visit the famous town of Bellagio and the gardens of the famous Villa Serbelloni
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
