Great boutique hotel in the middle of the historic district surrounded by great old homes with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking in the dedicated lot. Rooms were quaint but clean and comfortable. Accommodating staff and great buffet style breakfast.

Very wonderful downtiwn location. Can walk all over town and to local restaurants and bars. Nice breakfast and good bar. Parking is very close and convenient, you do need to pay, otherwise you can park on the street. Bed super comfy! Spa shower was the best!

Staff was excellent. Very nice! Hotel is in a great location. I would suggest working on the bar area. It lacks a little something and with only one person working they often have to disappear to the back to get things or prepare the appetizers ordered.

Location was amazing. Walkable to most downtown sites, bars, restaurants... It was a weekend so street parking was available for free and there as spots around the hotel. Fire pit outside was a nice place to sit and chat. Will definitely stay again. The only thing is that the lotion and conditioner bottles in the room were empty.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, with parking on the grounds! Historic hotel, all the charm, amazing little seating area out front with a fire, chairs and swing. Out back, there was another fire place, with tables and chairs to enjoy drinks and company with amazing ambiance. Really, a great place and great location. Within walking distance of Rupp and downtown Lexington.
