You’ll love our cozy townhouse a few blocks from downtown Lexington. It is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Our cozy 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhome is a short walk to downtown Lexington, Rupp Arena, and a 10 minute drive to Keeneland. The townhome has two bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. A queen airbed is available to comfortably sleep 6\. There are many places to eat and explore within a short walk from the townhouse. We had a very enjoyable stay. The townhouse itself was great with two nice bedrooms and a big living room. Communication with the owner was quick and easy with very fast responses to questions. It was a walking block from RUPP arena. Definitely great location if visiting for bball game. Townhouse was a little run down in bathrooms, however, well kept, nicely stocked with everything needed to cook and relax. The host was fantastic at communicating, answering questions quickly, and accommodating. Great little place for a long weekend visit. Neighbors outside were a little loud when trying to sleep, but not surprising staying so close to campus and certainly not the hosts fault. We had an absolute blast. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, perfect walking distance to a couple places we went and a very easy Uber to the rest. Communication with Ben was excellent. The only recommendation I have would be some sort of dresser, even a small one, in the bedroom at the top of the stairs. I didn't pay attention if the other bedroom had one or not, but my husband and I tried to live out of our suitcase for the weekend and that became very disorganized very quickly. It has been a family tradition to take my father to the Breeder's Cup and this year was no different. The condo was perfect for sleeping 4 adults and 2.5 year old. Stayed 3 nights in Nov 2022 ### 8/10 Good #### Nicole F. 4 Oct 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great location Walkable to downtown/ Rupp arena, felt safe, plenty of room, good price, soft sheets and comfortable bed. For those who like fancier places, this may not be for you, but a solid place to stay. (As my husband said, it’s a little “tired” in places and has very squeaky floors upstairs). We would definitely stay here again! For the price, so much better than a hotel and you can’t beat the location. ##### Nicole F.
