The Carriage house was the perfect space for my husband and I. Everything was in tip top shape and the hosts have thought about every detail. The space was within walking distance of downtown Frankfort and several areas, and a quick drive to Buffalo Trace. We loved it and everything was perfect! I lived in Denmark and understand Hygge. This is it! We stayed here for 2 nights as a home base to explore what Kentucky has to offer. Super easy check-in, and the instructions were clear even to find it in the dark. The bed and bedding are comfortable. The bathroom was just right. I’m short and my husband is tall. He would have had a hard time not hitting his head on the one side of the bed, so I took that side. There is a simple kitchen if you want to cook a dinner or breakfast. We enjoyed the welcome basket. If you are debating hotel room or other place, stay here!!
