These suites are refurbished Motel 6 rooms. The renovations were thoughtful, especially the large frig and microwave, storage areas, and bathroom - the shower curtain was so new it still had creases in it. The lighting and power stations for charging devices were also a plus. The one down side was that the moisture level in the room was really high (which brought out a mixture of renovation, mildew, and old smoke smells), but thankfully the new AC units also have a "Dry" setting that allows you to dehumidify the room; this improved the smell and the dampness.
The staff was great - had some issues with the key/door lock programming that they promptly fixed.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Liked the pricing. Very competitive especially during a busy game day weekend locally.
Great value for stay in Lexington. Everything you need to for an extended stay too. I needed a room after the airport ran out of rental cars and they provided a great place to stay!
$82 for a room for 1 night, and the sink was clogged- unusable. A week later I made the mistake of staying again for a night and the tv didn’t work. Also I had to pay a $50 deposit for the trouble. I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone.
Large dumpster full of construction trash and regular trash outside my door. Roaches crawling up the wall inside the room. People partying all night in the parking lot. Had to put down a $50 deposit for “possible room damage”
The place is undergoing renovations so it should shut down while being renovated.
The first key I got didn’t work. Then I was assigned another room that was already being used. The third room and key did not work either. The desk manager opened it with her key fob. The room was not occupied but the floors had foot prints from work pots going in and out. I told her I was not accepting that room and I left the property. I have asked for a refund since the hotel was not fit for the rating it has on reviews, This hotel could be in a scarey movie
The staff are not friendly or welcoming. Very few amenities bring your own shampoo. The bed is not comfortable. The electric has an short in the lamps near the bed.
Very dirty, and I’m sure I had a ‘remodeled’ room. There was a crackhead talking on the phone just outside my door for over an hour. I don’t know how someone has holes in their legs, but he had about 20. The curtain was dangling by one hook, so any passer by could look in. The table had greasy handprints and the tub had oily dirt in it.
Was no towels, only 2 small hand towels and 1 wash cloth. Went to front desk to ask for towels, and was told housekeeping would have to give them to me the next day. I had to check out that next morning though and housekeeping didnt arrive until checkout time. Was very upset and probably will not return based on this incident. This is the second time I stayed here and the first time was as bad if not worse, the first time the shower head flew off and hit me in the face.
We arrived to this hotel expecting what was advertised as a newly renovated room. After getting a key, we walked in to a not so renovated room that reeked of multiple types of smoke. My husband went back to the desk to ask for a different room but they only had upstairs rooms and he hoped we could air our room out as we'd been driving for hours. I went out to Target to buy a room deodorizing spray. Even with the door being open for nearly an hour, it smelled awful. Started pulling back curtains to find moldy walls below the a/c and something that looked like blood on another wall. We packed everything up to switch to another room. The front desk attendant was telling off another potential renter while I waited. I asked him nicely if we could move to one of the upstairs room as ours was not renovated as claimed online. First he said we didn't book a renovated room. Then he said the rooms were gone (even though he told the guy in front of me there were several available.) Multiple websites said somewhere between 7-10 rooms were still available to be reserved. Since we'd been there for an hour, we could not get even a partial refund for our two night stay. There were no reviews of this hotel since the "renovation" on any website. I have attached pictures of our "recently renovated room" which looks nothing like the photos online. Beware, they'll take your money and leave you looking for a room elsewhere in the middle of the night.
They’re Renovating the hotel.. I ended up with a fully renovated room and the price was good. It’s the not the fanciest hotel and the outside could use a touch up but the renovated room makes up for it. There’s a lot a Kroger walking distance.
