This House on Main has recently been restored to its former glory and the owners have spared no expense. You will be 0.4 miles from Georgetown College, 7 miles from KY Horse Park, 20 miles from Buffalo Trace Distillery, & 30 minutes from The Ark. Professionally managed by Jon Gruchow. This property could not have been any more perfect. The home itself was amazing - so well done with all the amenities and comfort we could ask for. It was a beautiful property with modern comfort, convenient to all things downtown. We cooked and watched movies some nights, went for walks downtown and ate at Rebeccas bakery or Favas some days OR when going out, we were only 15-20 minites away from anything. It was perfect!
