We stayed at property for a weekend for our son’s orientation at UK. The apartment was spacious, clean, and conveniently located for easy access to the university and downtown. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in and checkout process was seamless. The view from the top of the building is fantastic! The pool was closed, but we had enough attractions to keep us busy. There are plenty of great restaurants and some nice golf courses in the area. Loved our stay at this perfectly located property. A short walk to Rupp and great restaurants. The decor is very kitschy and fun. Great entertaining space. Had some internet issues that took a bit to resolve. My only heads up to future tenants; there was no shower gel, shampoo nor Kleenex provided. There is a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker. Plenty of amenities, comfortable areas for lounging and sleeping. Well stocked kitchen. On sight parking was a BIG plus. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars.
