Start your morning with coffee on the inviting front porch, or unwind on the back deck with views of Big Spring Park. With restaurants, shops, and historic charm right outside your door, this cottage blends Kentucky heritage with modern comfort — perfect for bourbon travelers, horse racing fans, or couples seeking a relaxing retreat. Smoking is NOT permitted in the house or in any of the areas around the house. No parties. Please respect your neighbors, no loud noise/music after 10 PM. Dog Policy We're pleased to offer pet-friendly options in some of our units for some renters. If you’ve booked one of our pet-friendly cottages and you’re bringing your dog along for your stay, please adhere to the following guidelines: Dog-Friendly Cottages: Only select cottages are designated as dog-friendly.
