We didn't have to communicate with the owner at all since the check in process was well explained, and we had no issues. Take your own shampoo and body wash for shower(travel bottles not provided). Also we were glad we had a sound machine. The bedroom is at front of property so street noise audible at night. Not bad but we were super glad we had our sound machine with us. Lexington is great!! Love Chevy Chase and Ashland Park all right there. ##### Elizabeth C. It has a great walk-in shower, beautiful kitchen,and a comfortable king bed. The location is convenient. It's in a neighborhood of mostly college students but they were on summer break while we were there and it was peaceful. There's a counter for eating, but no table and chairs. There is only one entrance/exit and the windows are painted shut so egress in an emergency could be an issue. Instructions for the HVAC thermostat would be helpful. The electronic door lock was a challenge at times. Alexander was a helpful host. ##### John P. S.
