The exterior is nothing to look at, but the inside was just like the pictures: upgraded and clean. The kitchen is well appointed. The only complaint would be the water pressure is not great in the shower. The closet is pretty big, and bed was comfortable. We didn't have to communicate with the owner at all since the check in process was well explained, and we had no issues. Quiet neighborhood. Some foot traffic. Robins were nesting in shrub off of front porch. Rabbits and squirrels abound. There is a park around the corner at the end of the road. 15 minute walk to Carson's Restaurant. Visitors center was very informative. Keeneland Track was cool and the Track Side Kitchen there was delicious and very affordable. ##### Judith L. Take your own shampoo and body wash for shower(travel bottles not provided). Also we were glad we had a sound machine. The bedroom is at front of property so street noise audible at night. It has a great walk-in shower, beautiful kitchen,and a comfortable king bed. The location is convenient. It's in a neighborhood of mostly college students but they were on summer break while we were there and it was peaceful. There's a counter for eating, but no table and chairs. There is only one entrance/exit and the windows are painted shut so egress in an emergency could be an issue. Instructions for the HVAC thermostat would be helpful.
