The hotel was clean, the room was nice, the shower didn't work at all! Not even a drop of water. When my husband told staff at the front desk, they didn't care, didn't try to give us another room , a refund or even a discount. So we couldn't even take a shower at all. This would have been an easy fix. The staff on duty chose to not care. Very poor service for a quality hotel
