It’s in a great location, within walking distance to the Summit- full of shops and restaurant. Scott was quick to respond. He generously let us check out at 1:00 (even though I requested noon, he immediately offered 1:00 to give us extra time). I also had trouble with my payment at the beginning and he was very patient as I got that sorted out. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, there was not a single thing to complain about! Everything was perfect! My girlfriends and I stayed at Scott’s house for Keeneland opening day and to celebrate a bachelorette. The house was exactly as pictured and we had a perfect stay. Scott left snacks, a wonderful bottle of wine, and beer in the fridge for us upon approval. At one point, our hot water wasn’t working and I contacted Scott about it and he was at the house within 30 minutes to fix it. Not only did he fix it, but he left us a sweet note and betting money for the races to make up for the slight inconvenience.
