Take in all Lexington has to offer from a centrally located private 2BR apartment. Located midway between Rupp & Kroger Field, this stylishly decorated home is the perfect HQ for your adventures! Ideal for couples and solo travelers, you'll stay in walking distance to UK Campus & minutes to Downtown. Keeneland is a short 10-15 minute drive & Red Mile Casino ft. sport betting & chariot horse races is down the street. KSBar & Grille, which often operates shuttles on game days, is across the road.

The apartment building is located in a well-lit and safe area with exterior doors that stay locked. Avoid expensive parking near campus/downtown by utilizing the off-street parking spaces provided behind the building for guests only. (2 spots) A few minutes' walk will put you at the nearest bus stop where you can utilize public transportation to traverse across Lexington. When it's time to drive out to explore all the scenic and beautiful locations across Kentucky like the Gorge or Mammoth Cave, your vehicle will be waiting for you there safely. Don't forget about the Bourbon Trail! Once you're ready to relax and unwind, you'll find that the apartment is equipped with all the conveniences you need to recharge in comfort. A large flat screen smart TV is there for your convenience. Utilize your favorite streaming services to catch up on your favorite programs while lounging on the couch. The outside of the building is old looking and just ok(not very inviting). Bad access door wasn’t locked upon arrival. This is a very very basic place to sleep. Do not expect much, it just a place to lay your head. Den(TV and safa room) is tiny. 3 people on this sofa most likely would not work comfortably. Kitchen, bed rooms and the 1 bathroom is very basic. Parking was a little sketchy as there’s 1 way in and 1 way out. This entry/exit is only big enough for 1 vehicle. The location was convenient.
