  • This is a 2 story house with 4 Bedrooms all upstairs, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage with a fireplace in the living room. The house is in a safe neighborhood and as a big back yard for the kids to safely play. (The backyard is not fully fenced in) The house is completely furnished with all amenities included. Bring your tooth brush and some clothes and you will feel right at home. Direct TV is in every room with internet access included. Pets are welcomed for a $50 fee. You are 10 min. from the Kentucky Horse Park and 20 min. from downtown Lexington. Monthly rental discount is available.

This home was perfect for our family to stay at so we could visit our youngest daughter, who attends UK, for the holiday! We also have family who lives in Stamping Ground/Nicholasville and Harrodsburg. Perfect quiet neighborhood. We’ve always stayed in Lexington or Nicholasville over the years, but we loved Georgetown and will be staying in this area again! Highly recommend this home and area!

Great house, neighborhood, location in a historic quaint friendly town! The fully furnished well stocked house was exactly as shown on the website, & owner communication timely & caring for our needs. One bedroom not totally cleaned, but the rest of the house was very clean. Even the lawn was manicured. It was so great, that I’d make an offer to buy the house if I were moving to that area!!

I am hesitant to write this review, because selfishly I want to keep it a secret. We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. It fit our needs just perfectly. We had no problems at all. We LOVED staying here. We were in for a horse related event at the Kentucky Horse Park. The location was perfect for this. The owner was kind, responsive and thorough. The house has four very large bedrooms. The nice part about the stay was that everything you realistically could want was in the house. We used all the features of the house except the large backyard. It was very clean. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet, which was really nice. Thank you JP for the opportunity to stay in your lovely home.
