"What a gem of a Property - absolutely perfect We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return again. You do need a car to be able to get out and about and explore the lovely area, we managed to get to Truro (Healeys Cider Farm)/Perranporth, Boscastle and Instow (perfect for our dogs, who enjoyed the run on the beach) and all within about an hour away and then you come back to a very comfortable property, at the end of your day to relax and unwind. "1 bed appt, perfect for my needs. Only quibble was sofa. Nice balcony over looking courtyard. Spa facility (pool, jacuzzi, steam room etc) was great, very clean and well run. Its a shame the restaurant wasn't running but as I had an appt with a kitchen it wasn't really a problem. Small shop on site open for 2 hrs each evening, and a temporary bar above the spa. Its a bit in the sticks but only 20 mins drive from Bideford. All the staff were friendly and helpful."
