Casa carina, ma...

La casa è carina e in una buona posizione, ma il proprietario non sta a Levanzo, quindi non abbiamo avuto nessun riferimento per risolvere piccoli problemi che si sono presentati, come il malfunzionamento del condizionatore. Inoltre al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un sacchetto ammuffito, che ci ha fatto un po' schifo rimuovere ed in ultimo siamo stati "accusati" di essere in quattro anziché in due come è stato in realtà, solo perché avevamo usato troppi asciugamani!

L'appartamento non era adatto per 4 persone, come indicato nella descrizione, se viene aperto il divano letto è impossibile passare. L'appartamento risulta umido, come si evedenzia dall'odore e dalle pareti che si stanno scrostando è fornito di una piccola finestra divisa in due che affaccia in un sotteraneo impedendo quindi un idoneo ricambi di aria.

Ottima vista

Appartamento piano terra, di fronte al porto. Con bella vista sul paese, il mare e Favignana sullo sfondo. I locali sono tutti dotati dell'indispensabile. La via pedonale di fronte all'ingresso è molto frequentata, anche per la presenza di una panetteria a fianco, che la sera propone apertivi, ma dopo le 21.00 è molto tranquilla.
