He is attentive, bakes an excellent breakfast, and tells wonderful stories. He'll even pack you lunch! The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The B&B is at the top of a hill so you must have a car, but the view is gorgeous. Thank you Fulvio, you are our favourite host! "

Socialize at breakfast was fun; we do not look for venues base on BF so. The facilities outside the room looked like advertised; lived in.
