Le responsable de l’hôtel a envoyé 2 e mails à Expédia ( car il n’avait pas mis coordonnées) pour avertir que la réservation n’était pas confirmée… Mais Expédia ne nous a pas averti. Camera fatiscente ma spaziosa. Docce incrostate. In compenso, ottima vista! L'albergo ha un parcheggio privato (a pagamento) e dista 5 minuti di auto dal centro. C'è un servizio navetta a richiesta, ma solo fino alle 16\. Si potrebbe andare a piedi ma la via è poco illuminata. Servizi pressochè inesistenti, alla reception alle 20 non c'è più nessuno! L'albergo è dotato di terme, ma nei 3 giorni del mio soggiorno non erano accessibili. Il secondo giorno l'albergo ci ha fornito un voucher per le terme comunali (gesto molto apprezzato!). Colazione pessima, buone solo il pane e le marmellate fatte in casa e il prezzo (che cmq è 15 euro per un buffet molto piccolo). Das Zimmer hatte zwar eine Küche, aber nur zwei Gläser aus einem Nachbarhotel. Es gab keine Teekocher oder andere Untensilien. Der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer war schwach und das warme Wasser nur lauwarm. Zu allem Überfluss war das Hallenbad geschlossen, und das Ausenbad war nicht in einem gutem Zustand. Daus außergewöhnliche Indoor-Thermalbad inkl. Jakuzzi ist sehr großzügig und wird mit 51°C warmen Wasser gespeist. Die zubuchbaren Massagen werden mit ausführlichen Vorgespräch sehr einfühlsam von einer hochqualifizierten Therapeutin ausgeführt.
