Residence "Ringstrasse (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, 20 m from the skiing area. In the house: bar, lounge, table tennis, playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (extra). Bread roll service and beverage service. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. In der Küche ist alles da. Man merkt aber doch das alles in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bad ist teilsaniert und i.O. Seit ein neuer Hausmeister da ist , ist der Check In erst ab 16 Uhr möglich, war früher anders.
