"The property is well maintained, and the lobby is beautiful, inviting, and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed in Room B275, which is quite a distance from the main building. Getting there requires either taking the resort shuttle or walking under the scorching sun, which can be especially difficult for elderly guests or anyone with asthma or knee issues. Because of its location, I would not recommend staying in this section of the resort, as it feels somewhat isolated from the main facilities and nearby shops and attractions. The housekeeping staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the front desk staff was always pleasant and helpful. The shuttle drivers were generally excellent—many went above and beyond to assist guests—although a few seemed disappointed when they were not tipped.
The beach offers stunning views, but not every part of the resort has direct access to a sandy, walkable beach. Only about one-quarter of the rooms are located near a beach with direct sand access. The large pool by the lobby is beautiful and inviting, and a short walk down the steps leads directly to the beach. Breakfast was enjoyable, but after several days, the menu became repetitive. Although breakfast is an additional expense, I highly recommend purchasing it, especially for families, as dining at the resort’s restaurants every morning can become quite costly. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary shuttle to “Down the Hil”."
