"Great resort in a wonderful location. Nice to have a suite w kitchen. Lots of good restaurants, big gym and grocery store on site and lots of other amenities nearby. The beach is beautiful. Wonderful place from which to experience island life, close to airport. Staff are helpful. Totally recommend. "

"The beach is absolutely beautiful! The swimming pools are very nice. The grounds are very well maintained although there are areas that need to have outdoor lighting restored rather than abandonning the fixtures. Areas around the ground floor patios need refreshing. The staff is very friendly however service is slow. The resort is older but in general it is in reasonable repair. The rooms all need to be remodeled. There is no microwave, mini-refrigerator or in-room coffee. Overall our stay at the resort and on the island was very good. Our pre-arranged taxi service was excellant and puncturial. "

"I wanted to love this resort but I must say the hotel is in terrible conditions. I checked into my Room and there was a broken makeup mirror and Blood on the bathroom (room 548) wall and the overhead shower was not working.. I contacted the front desk and they told me they would come and fix it. They never did.I spoke to the front desk agent Named Jackie and she spoke to her manager (she was helpful she put the notes on my account about the damages and gave me a $150.00 credit but they ended up charging me )The food was great but the staff wasn’t very friendly. After checking out my Credit card was charged $1300.00 for a broken mirror that I reported when I first checked in. I contacted the resort to fix these changes and every time I called they said they would get back to me never did . Now I’m disputing this with my credit card. Stay far away from this resort . "

"Be forewarned, it's a random pick if you get a good room or not. Not all rooms are the same as advertised. Stayed longer than a week, changed room once. Paid for an ocean view (and a sanctuary in paradise). First room was near the loading dock and ear jarring noise at 10pm (trash compactor) and from 6am-8am (trucks going forward and backing up). 75% view of the ship harbor, which was pretty but wasn't the ocean. Second room quiet, but 10% harbor view (90% green turf surface, fences or mountain/sky). I felt like I drew a short straw (twice) for what I paid especially as you see the numerous rooms overlooking the ocean. So, if you get a nice room, you're happy. If you don't, well..."

"This is a wonderful resort to stay at. The room was very clean, love the privacy and beautiful grounds. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant had delicious food. Literally the only issue we had was that our TV don’t work in our room, but didn’t complain as we didn’t need it much anyway. Great place to stay. "

"We had a very nice time. Located on a beautiful beach and has a very nice pool, anda hot tub. With a pool /beachside bar. It is a smaller place than most people I think imagine for an all inclusive, but it is a small island. And I found it charming, relaxing and absolutely perfect for us. Gregory makes the best pina coladas ever lol. And every single staff member was super friendly and accommodating. I like that they have a little coffee shop with some sweet treats where you can get a latte, cappuccino, or just a regular old coffee. There are pedalboards and kayaks you can take out in the ocean, which was super fun. As well as a little miniature Golf course, shuffleboard, giant Chess And a casino. Plenty of loungers on the beach and by the pool. Every room has an ocean view patio with chairs. Waking up to see the sunsrise right from my room everyday was amazing. Most of the food at the buffet was pretty good.Some of it was great. All the bar food was yummy. I would definitely recommend getting a rental car if you can. We spent a lot of time at the resort, but we also spent a lot of time driving around to some of the beaches and shops. There is no public transportation and cabs are kind of expensive. But if you can't get one honestly, it is not a bad place to just hang out and not leave. I would definitely revisit."

"Don't plan on getting access to your room right away! We arrived 3 hrs. early and asked to check our bags as the room was not yet ready. We returned at check in time and still had to wait an additional 1.5 hrs. for check in. The room itself was fine. The bar on site did not opened until 5:30 pm and the restaurant was less than desirable in atmosphere, quality of food and more. the best thing about this Hotel is that it is walking distance from the Charolotte Amilie Ferry. If you're taking an early ferry and don't mind walking to town it may work for you. "
