GREAT VIEW HOUSE - LAKE MAGGIORE 10 MINUTES FROM STRESA AND THE BORROMEE ISLANDS

  • Independent house overlooking Lake Maggiore. 10 minutes from the Borromean islands and from Stresa. 5 minutes from the beaches. very comfortable house with very large garden.
    2 bedrooms, double living room, dining area overlooking the lake. 3 bathrooms.

    FURTHER INFORMATION :

    Detached villa with a large private garden and an above-ground swimming pool.
    The garden has comfortable sun loungers for comfortable and quiet relaxation.

    We are very sorry not to be able to accommodate guests with motor disabilities: the presence of stairs and the lack unfortunately does not allow it.

    Non smoking only.

    Small pets allowed.

    The expenses related to the consumption of gas for heating the accommodation are not included in the rental price and are paid directly by the guest at the time of check out, based on the consumption actually incurred.

    The rent does not include the tourist tax, relating to the Municipality of Lesa, is equal to € 1 per night per person. Children under the age of 6 are exempt from paying the tax. The tourist tax is paid directly by the guest at the time of check out.
