Equipped with a heated swimming pool and a beautiful outdoor space, it is perfect for unforgettable moments with family or friends! House that can accommodate up to 6 people, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Composition of the Accommodation Spacious living room with wood-burning stove, overlooking the terrace and heated swimming pool. Modern and fully equipped open kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher... Adjacent utility room with sink, refrigerator, washing machine and separate toilet. Night side: Two bright rooms in a row: One with a double bed (140) and wardrobe The other with two single beds and wardrobe Bathroom between the two rooms with towel dryer and hair dryer. A master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160), wardrobe and private bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit. Exteriors Heated swimming pool (open from May to mid-September) pool dimensions: 4m x 9.50m, landscaped terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and electric awning. At the back, relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, perfect for an aperitif at sunset. Gas plancha available for your summer meals. Children's play area for the little ones' enjoyment.
