Privileged location: a large beach, the dykes, the central market, the fishing port and the pedestrian streets are all within walking distance.  
  
Located a few steps from the beach, the holiday home Vila Rosella is in Les Sables d'Olonne.  
  
It has a garage, a major asset in summer, so close to the beach, as well as a garden with furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.  
  
This 2-storey property has two living rooms, a dining room, a veranda, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher).
