Séjour aux sables d'Olonne en pleine tempête Benjamin. Pour autant, cette location a proximité du littoral nous a permis d apprécier les balades, les visites et le repos. Un lieu idéal pour de belles vacances

Le gîte correspond parfaitement à l'annonce et le propriétaire est une personne fantastique. Un accueil idéal, les explications qu'il faut et surtout une superbe réactivité car nous avons eu un problème de refrigerateur le jour de notre arrivée qui a été réglé le jour même !Une belle maison proche du bord de l'océan mais aussi de toutes les commodités a pied, a vélo ou en voiture.Une veritable semaine de vacances qui nous a fait énormément de bien.

Charmante maison avec son jardin au calme

Maison idéale pour notre week end avec nos deux adolescents. La maison est bien située, dans un quartier relativement calme, il est aisé de trouver une place pour stationner dans la rue.La plage est accessible avec un peu de marche. Boulangerie a proximité pour le pain frais et les croissants au petit déjeuner ! Accueil chaleureux du loueur. La maison est bien équipée pour pouvoir cuisiner. La terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables.

Sans surprise cette location correspond bien à nos attentes, proche bord de mer, restaurant, facilité pour le stationnement, calme, logement agréable. Le seul point négatif serait de mettre à disposition un barbecue même si je comprends que certains ne respectent pas le matériel. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits , Maison propre avec petit jardin sans vis à vis très agréable Le seul point négatif et pas des moindres … une forte odeur d’humidité dans une chambre très dérangeante (Dans le salon également mais moins prononcé ) A notre retour , Nos vêtements étaient imprégnés de cette odeur J’ai envoyé un message au propriétaire qui n’a même pas eu la correction de me répondre

Maison nickel avec une bonne qualité de couchage, tout le nécessaire en cuisine, le petit extérieur très appréciable! Accueil soigné et agréable! Fonctionnel

La maison est de pleîn pieds et est assez lumîneuse. Rien ne manque au nuveau des équipements (sèche-cheveux, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge). Il manque un peu de confort au niveau de la literie (matelas très dur et oreiller très mou) et au niveau du salon. On ne sait pas se garer devant la maison et on ne peut utiliser le garage qui est occupé par une voiture du propriétaire.

Nous avons passé 5 jours en famille avec mes parents aux Sables d'Olonne et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement de M. Chapalin. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine, avec un hôte très gentil, qui donne des explications sur les environs, de bons conseils aussi. Au niveau de la maison, la literie est formidable, très bien située proche de la mer et proche des supermarchés, la maison a un à jardin clos, très pratique pour les animaux ( je suis venue avec mes deux chats) qui ont fortement apprécié le jardin. La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire ( machine à lave, lave vaisselle ect … ) nous reviendrons à coup sûr !!!
