Located in a neighbourhood close to Les Sables d'Olonne train station and all city amenities (Olona port, city centre, station, main beach), modern and well-equipped, this house will welcome you with complete peace of mind for great moments with family or friends!

You can enjoy a beautiful living-dining room, equipped with a sofa, poufs, a coffee table, TV, WiFi and a dining table with 8 chairs, perfect for good meals or evenings playing board games!
An open and fully equipped kitchen with kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine (Nespresso)...
A second living room is at your disposal where you'll find a 160cm sofa bed open to the terrace at the back of the house.

On the bedroom side, on the ground floor you'll have a room with a 160cm bed, bedside tables and wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, two washbasins with storage unit, towel dryer and hairdryer.
Upstairs, you'll find two beautiful master suites with a 140cm bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin with storage unit, hairdryer and towel dryer.
Your little ones will have everything needed to sleep well; a travel cot and a co-sleeping bed will be available.

The exterior consists of a small garden and two terraces, one in front of the house facing south, with all necessary equipment to fully enjoy your stay: garden furniture, parasol and plancha, perfect for your barbecue evenings. A second terrace, quiet, at the back of the house, to relax after a beach day and sip an aperitif.

To complete this property, you'll have a ground floor laundry area equipped with a washer-dryer.

You can park easily, with two private parking spaces in front of the house and free street parking.

7 minutes by bike from the city centre, main beach and Les Sables d'Olonne SNCF station.
12 minutes walking from the Vendée Globe departure pontoon.
