Les Sables d'Olonne Renovated apartment (2021) in residence with heated pool (May 19 to September) You will be delighted with the setting and the proximity of the main points of interest of Les Sables d'Olonne. Housing for 4/6 people, 46m² West terrace, guaranteed sunset, forest front and swimming pool. Near beach (\~10mn walk), shops, tennis, casino, restaurants, Zoo, Thalasso, forests, lake tanchet ... Apartment of 46m² located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a pleasant 4\* residence. A closed bedroom with a king size bed (160x200) with plenty of storage. A bedroom open to the living room with bunk beds (80x190) Note, the room with bunk beds is a small room without windows. Sofa bed (140) in the living room Bathroom and separate toilet.
