ROSE Holidays offers this colourful and warm apartment, located on the 1st floor of a secure residence without a lift, between beach and port, in the heart of the city centre of Les Sables d'Olonne. Capacity: up to 5 people. Accommodation comprising: Large, bright living room with sofa, armchair, TV, Wifi, coffee table, large dining table (6 chairs) Fully equipped independent kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, small dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Bosch coffee machine 1 bedroom with double bed 160 cm, storage 1 bedroom with 3 single beds Bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer, non-separate toilet Paid parking possible in the surrounding streets, free at the Sablière car park Secure bicycle storage on the ground floor. 3 minutes walk from the fishing port and its restaurants 6 minutes walk from the town centre and the Central Halls 15 minutes walk from the SNCF train station Practical Information Accommodation Hours Arrival: from 4 PM (not before) Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after) Late Arrivals A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge.
