Lovers of simplicity, nature and sport (walks on the beach and embankment, jogging, windsurfing, swimming...), the apartment is located close to the center of Les Sables d'Olonne, protected from the hustle and bustle of the embankment, in a beautiful residence. Pets are welcome.

Located on the 4thᵉ and top floor with elevator, the unit includes:
