In the district of La Chaume, pleasant apartment in a residence with swimming pool (from June 16 to September 16) just 200 m from the wild coast. A small equipped beach is 600 m away, the large Sables beach is 900 meters away via the ferryman and all the shops on the quays are 900 m away. On the ground floor, this rental consists of a living room with kitchenette opening onto the garden and equipped terrace, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 140 each, a bathroom - separate WC, an alcove with 2 bunk beds of 90 - A parking space is reserved for you in the residence. Equipment: Fridge, freezer, 4 hotplates, Mini-oven, microwave, Dishwasher, TV. One animal accepted- Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning (€50 + €1 per m²), linen rental (pair of sheets €18 and towel €10/pers) and WiFi box rental (€39/week). A cleaning deposit may be required.
