This town house with an enclosed courtyard allowing you to eat outside, is located in a very pleasant area of Les Sables d'Olonne, 300 m from the large fine sandy beach and only 150 m from the shops in the Arago district. This pavilion T3 is composed on the ground floor, of a kitchen open to living room; on the 1st floor, a bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 and another bedroom with 1 bed 140, a shower room and a WC. The private courtyard, facing south, is equipped with garden furniture and has an outdoor shower and WC  
EQUIPMENT: Fridge, 3 induction hobs, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV. Pets not allowed.
