Nestled on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment has been designed for comfort and convenience. The light-filled living room opens onto a modern, well-equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, three induction hobs, a capsule coffee machine, a combination oven and microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. A 140cm sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. For peaceful nights, the bedroom, located at the rear of the residence, guarantees calm and rest with its spacious queen-size bed.
