Pros:
Easy walk to the stadium, wonderful, welcoming staff and a nice bar that is open late with a very cute outdoor lounge area. Very relaxed, nice atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Con:
No air condition and all fans had been given out. We slept with our window open all night until it started to rain. It was hot in the room even with the window open. But, we were there in a heat wave, so perhaps it would be more tolerable on a regular summer day.

It was good hotel to stay over 3 nights for me, easy access to local attractions.
The Passage to the entrance is disappointed cos the two shops between are empty and few people sit on floor outside the premise. No tea or coffee in room.
