  • In the heart of the centre of Portes-en-Ré and just a few minutes' walk from the beaches, discover this charming 50 m² apartment typical of the Île de Ré, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Its privileged location, just a stone's throw from shops and restaurants, will allow you to fully enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the village of Portes-en-Ré with the possibility of doing practically everything on foot.



    Upon arrival at the ground floor property, you will discover a small courtyard equipped with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach as well as an external sink, very practical after a day by the ocean.

    By taking a small staircase on the right, you access the warm and bright living area. It comprises a sofa, an armchair, a television and a charming decorative stove creating a cosy atmosphere throughout. A round table that can accommodate 4 people allows you to share your meals in a convivial setting. The open-plan kitchen, opening onto the living room, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



    From the lounge you will be able to access a small terrace of 8 m², perfect for enjoying a coffee in the open air or sharing a meal in a friendly atmosphere.



    On the night side, you will have 2 bedrooms on the ground floor:

    - Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x190), wardrobe

    - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190), wardrobe



    A bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer completes the accommodation.
