This cosy flat is ideally located in Les Houches, just a short walk from the supermarket so you can enjoy the surroundings on foot or by public transport. You'll particularly appreciate the terrace on sunny days, with its breathtaking views whatever the season. Peaceful neighborhood thanks to the Border Police office next to us. Parking and WIFI included. Chamonix 10 minutes away. All that's left to do is enjoy our wonderful valley with your loved ones. Welcome home!

This 36m2 flat has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the view, and comprises the following rooms inside:

> Living room with dining area (4pax), TV, WIFI and access to the terrace.
> Master bedroom with double bed (140cm)

Access to the heart of Les Houches in 5 minutes and easy motorway access to the whole valley, including Chamonix, in 10 minutes. You'll also have the advantage of being able to walk to severa local shops.

To discover the rest of the region by car, consider 30/40min for Megève / St Gervais and 1h15 for Geneva / Annecy.
