Charming Anjou house with shared pool

Need to relax, need calm?
Come and rest and spend a pleasant moment in our "sauvignon" house as well as by our swimming pool nestled in the heart of a charming Angers village!
Our 82 m2 accommodation, newly restored, is located on our property but is entirely independent (enclosed garden space)
. It offers you:
*a large living room with open kitchen (new), dining area and lounge area with fireplace and sofa bed rapido .

* A bedroom with 140 cm bed
* A mezzanine of 16 m2 on the floor with 160 cm bed (new)

Please note that the staircase leading to the mezzanine is narrow and therefore not suitable for young children.

*a bathroom with large shower area and new washing machine available
*a separate toilet .
* A scullery with a small 90 cm bed area (which can be used as an extra bed for a 7th person)

You will also have a secure private car park and an enclosed garden not overlooked with wooden terrace for the dining area and another terrace for your moments of relaxation and aperitifs.PGJyPg
You can also enjoy our heated indoor swimming pool shared with two other cottages.

Small clarification: It is covered (4.5X9 m). This allows you to use it when it is windy and rainy. Available from mid-May to September from 10am to 9.30pm .

Bed linen and towels are also available free of charge.

CLEANING: We do not apply cleaning fees. However:

Please leave the accommodation as you found it when you arrived (clean and tidy dishes, dishwasher emptied, bed linen and towels put in the basket, bins emptied, floors vacuumed and moped)

* Optional cleaning fee of 80 euros if you do not wish to do the cleaning.
Traveller access:
Guests have access to the entire accommodation
Other remarks:
Parties are not allowed and any visitors of our guests do not have access to our swimming pool.
Pets not allowed (some disappointments made us make this decision, sorry) and parties not allowed out of respect for our neighbors.
