### Gite de la ferme du château 1 - Appt climatisé

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 60 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Dénezé-sous-Doué, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. On 2 levels, it comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 400 m² garden. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
First level:  
\- 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, armchair, dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living area, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...   
  
Second level:  
\- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200)  
\- A shower room with shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A 120 m² shared terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather  
\- A 400 m² shared garden, fully enclosed  
  
The flat is ideally located in Dénezé-sous-Doué, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard (up to 4 vehicles).  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Angers, about 45 km away  
\- Nearest airport: Angers, approx. 48 km away

\- Bed linen and towels included.  
\- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.

Gite spacieux, agréable, cosy et bien agencé situé sur 2 niveaux. Les propriétaires sont trés chaleureux et disponibles.Parking privatif avec présence d'un coin détente privatif (barbecue, bains de soleil, jacuzzi, jeux enfants ... ) Implantation proche de sites historiques, Bioparc Doué, touristiques.
