For us, the most disappointing part of the experience was the handling of allergies and intolerances. We gave advance notice before booking. The kitchen was unwilling to prepare something as simple as a fried egg or omelet adapted to my son’s needs. That is not a complex request. It is basic hospitality. Our complaint was noted, but nothing changed." It’s a budget hotel and I’m not complaining about outdated decor, but the room felt like it had been stripped of everything. It’s definitely gone downhill since I last stayed here, where it was outdated but fine. The bathroom was fine - small, but reasonably designed with places to put and hang toiletries.
