"Positive: Unique decor, comfortable bed, clean bathroom facilities. Pretty outdoor space. Caters to a young-ish crowd. Breakfast pretty good, dinner outstanding. Less positive (constructive criticism?): Some staff were great, others not so much. Did they need more staff for such a large hotel? Was there for four nights - cleaners came two times (another day it was late afternoon). Seems like they had too much to do. Other four star hotels have coffee makers in the rooms, more than instant coffee and a couple of tea bags and paper cups, more than water in the fridge (other beverages? snacks?)"

"Staff are always so nice, friendly, and helpful. Room is always clean and comfortable. I wish they had at least one tv station that is English but it’s just for background noise and a few minutes at bedtime! Great location near the train station and we could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. Lots of great dining options in walking distance too. Third time starting here with my Mum. "
