It has a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of an 18 m² living room with two sleeping areas, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom (with bathtub). Wi-Fi included. Sheets and towels not included. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- An 18 m² living room with TV, convertible sofa bed (sleeps 1) and a pull-out bed (sleeps 1) \- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc. \- A bedroom separated by a bay window with a double bed (140×190) \- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet Outside: The apartment is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Activities: \- Les Angles Bike Park \- Lou Bac Mountain \- Les Angles en Capcir Animal Park \- Lake Balcère Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private numbered parking space. For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: \- Mont-Louis – La Cabanasse train station is 18 minutes away by car. \- Perpignan Airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes away by car.
