The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.

    The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open from May 15 to October 15, weather permitting), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

    It is only a 200 m walk to the closest beach. The vacation home is only 1 km from Canneto beach and located strategically between all the main cities. All the services are within walking distance.
