Very good staff. Very average location. Room was spacious and the bed was not that great. I saw one small cockroach in the room and I had to wear my earplugs to sleep. Ok to stay alone for a day.

As usual a great stay — this is my go-to when I catch the BA flight to London.
The spa was a little disorganised regarding a pre-booked appointment but the manager (didn’t get her name unfortunately) went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
