For improvement I would note the bed linen is not cotton and I think needs to be washed regularly for longer than 15 mins at a high temperature to eliminate bed bugs. The bedding is a major problem in the rentals market - it really needs to be cotton, cleaned thoroughly and aired. The decking around the house is not in great condition and in places is rotten/ soft. Moreover the sun goes around the back of the house so really the decking g and pool are situated in the wrong position as they do not get all day sun."
