"This is our 8th trip to Eleuthera and 2nd time staying at Med Point. If you are like us, and enjoy the GHB area, Med Point cannot be beat. The size is ideal for a couples getaway, furnished quite well, and the location speaks for itself. A 3 minute stroll either around the point or down the "road" and you're on the best Atlantic side beach in Eleuthera. The beach is exactly 1 mile long, we might have seen 10 total people on the entire beach on the "busiest" day. We always get a car as we like to go to our spots- you will definitely want an SUV as the entry/exit road is pretty bumpy- other than that, it's perfect."

"The bungalow was fabulous, with every thing we needed: a comfy bed, nice tub, fridge, mini bar, beach towels, and ocean view. Staff were courteous and went above and beyond to meet our needs and wants. We were able to get an early check in and a late check out. Everything was wonderful."

"Our second wonderful stay at One Palm Hill and everything was perfect. Ideal location close to Governor’s Harbour. We had fun at the Fish fry and hitting all of Tippy’s music nights! We travelled to Harbour Island but mostly stayed close to home visiting secret beaches. We love the beach access road for morning walks and then a nice swim in the pool. I dream of the calming view of the ocean from the living room. Ideal house for 3 couples. We travelled with our daughters and partners. Hope to be back!"

"My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Villa Allamanda. It was our first time on Eleuthera and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. I had searched for a couple weeks on VRBO on the different Bahama "out islands" to try to find the "right" place. I was getting frustrated when I finally came upon Villa Allamanda on Eleuthera. It was perfect; the inside was beautiful and very functional. One of our favorite features was seeing the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening from our deck. Wow! One morning we saw the most beautiful rainbow that we could almost reach out and touch! The lodging is located on a ridge where we could see both the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the "Caribbean Sea" to the west. And there were delightful ocean breezes that kept the space cooler. The owner and designer of Villa Allamanda, John McCardy, was a delightful host. He was incredibly prompt and helpful when we reached out to him with questions about our place or the island. The place is centrally located near Governor's Harbor, which allowed us to easily explore both the northern and southern parts of the island. I don't think you can find a better place to stay on Eleuthera!"
