"Great getaway property with excellent amenities. Easy walk to beautiful, almost deserted, beach. Air conditioning worked great (HUGE plus for us) and the full kitchen came in handy. Daily dips in the pool and nightly soaks in the hot tub were highlights. There are some nice restaurants within 10-15 minutes, but definitely need your own transportation. Already planning to stay here again!"

"This was our second stay at Eve’s Cottage and it did not disappoint! The house is very clean. This year there was a new deck on the outside of the house with an outdoor shower and hose which was very useful to clean ourselves and snorkeling gear off after a day at the beach. The house had everything we needed and is centrally located. Our host, Robert, is always very accommodating and responsive to messages. We are looking forward to staying again next year!"

"We were pleased upon our arrival to find that the house was very clean with no sand anywhere. Very unusual for a home on the beach.We enjoyed the wrap around deck that we could access from our bedrooms. The expanded deck area featured an infinity pool and hot tub which was easily accessible both day and night. The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated with ample natural light from sliding glass doors. The house had four bedrooms and four full bathrooms,which is very unusual, allowing each couple to have their own private space. The kitchen was well equipped with a large island and featuring large dinning table. Beautiful private setting."

"Great host and support throughout our trip (ex. ran into a flat tire and it was handled quickly). The suite was very clean and had pretty much everything you need to get started. Location was very central so it was max an hour drive each way to the tips of the island. Overall had a great time!"

"The place is as shown in the pictures and was great for my husband and me. The views are beautiful. It was quite windy for part of our stay but it was easy to drive over to Receiver’s Beach which was calm and beautiful! "

The house was beautifully appointed and we felt very much at home from the start. The booking process was seamless and Terri, one of the owners, was super attentive via WhatsApp. I have nothing negative to add, just sad that we had to leave"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the modern touches,and the house was super clean with a super comfy bed! Storage was quite limited but they maximized the absolute best they could with the small space. Chris was the best host we’ve ever experienced. He was super responsive with all of our questions and he’s just a wonderful person! The beach is beautiful! It is a 10 min walk, but my husband and I walk a lot so that was no issue for us! We could walk miles on the beach and see no one! As per the listing, make sure you read it thoroughly to know what you’re renting and you will not be disappointed! This was our first trip to the Bahamas and it won’t be our last!"
