The tastefully decorated and remodeled country Cottage at Broad Hill Run Farm is conveniently located between the Great Smoky Mountains, Big South Fork and Lone Mountain recreation areas, and Norris Dam State Park. Knoxville's Premier Restaurant and Shopping, Turkey Creek is less than 15 Minutes.

Being just 5 minutes from the I-75 Lenoir City-TN exit and 15 minutes from the I-75/I-40 interchange, it’s the perfect relaxing retreat for interstate layovers, property shopping trips or your recreational headquarters for excursions to the lakes and mountains.

Likewise, downtown Knoxville and UT are just 30 minutes away, making it perfect for city breaks, and university visits.

Family visit

We had a wonderful time. The beds were so comfortable we all slept in! Dogs loved the fenced yard and watching the horses. The only negative thing we can say is that it was hard getting up the first step, could have used a hand rail.

Perfect spot for a Thanksgiving family get together

This was our third time to stay here! We love this house! It is a perfect location for family in KY, SC, NC, GA and VA to meet up even for an hour or two since it is just about 10 min off the interstate! We love the huge kitchen and how it opens to the living room so we can gather and visit easily. If we meet up in this area next year, we will stay here again!

Beautiful home, clean, host was wonderful

I had to come up with my family for medical appointments and the house was a perfect fit for our needs. My kiddos and our dog loved the fenced in backyard, we had plenty of room, house was clean and the host was incredibly kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful & spacious

Home is a little hard to see at night, but we were so happy when we arrived! Very spacious and amazing comfort. Loved the decor as well. Hope to go back one day!

This is our 4th time staying here. The house is perfect for our family. The location is close to all of the golf courses we like to play. The back yard is great for the dogs. We will be back.

Fantastic and Convenient

The home was gorgeous and clean and the owner was extremely helpful and polite. My family of 6 was comfortable and enjoyed the home. The location is just minutes away from a ton of dining options and grocery stores, but is set in the country. We would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome time in Tennessee

Check in went smoothly with the property manager/owner. Home was immaculate and well decorated. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs. We visited with family and friends while there. Planning more trips there.

Perfect spot for ut / Bama

Lisha was such a wonderful host . Property was immaculate and had every amenity . Kids loved seeing and petting the horses . She even supplied cardboard and wood for the fire pit . My daughter was begging not to leave and asked when we could come back . I would definitely recommend to anyone .Such a quick drive to knoxville but nice and secluded for a quiet stay . Great place for the whole family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home. We spent so much time on the patio out back including late night card games. We had fun family fires at the outdoor fire pit. The owner was so wonderful and when we ran out of propane for the grill, they arrived within 10 minutes with a replacement! We were so pleased! Our son was married at Castleton farms and this was the perfect place to stay with our dogs and adult children and new grandbaby. So much room. Open concept and beautiful kitchen was a plus! Towels and linens were provided. We kept them washed up which was so easy with the great laundry room! Thank you for making our wedding experience even better!!

Cozy Farmhouse

We went on VRBO to rent a house in Tennessee to enjoy the countryside and have peace and quiet. The house we got was quite a surprise. Although smaller than what the pictures portrayed, it was a hidden treasure. Upon entering, it was quite evident the owner had put an enormous amount of thought into the motif.The house was the perfect cozy country home from the pictures on the walls, to the furniture, window treatments, appliances, lamps, tables etc. The walk in shower coupled with the heated floors in the on-suite bath were fantastic. All 3 bedrooms were large by most standards and the open concept kitchen/family room was perfect. Last but not least, my dog truly appreciated the laundry room/ mud room since it was the perfect place to dry those wet paws after exploring the large fenced in yard. We rented a house but what we got was a HOME! Thank you Lisha Marshall.

Well appointed with a great kitchen and family room. The owner was extremely helpful with accurate directions. She even helped me make contacts for an upcoming wedding. Only thing that would make the stay better-1-a mirror in the twin bedroom 2-hooks or towel rack in the main hall bathroom. Otherwise everything else worked perfectly.

Inviting and Comfortable

The home is decorated beautifully, very clean and accommodating with good outside seating. Country feel, yet accessible from main roads. Lisha was a great host and communication was easy.
