Lembruch 10 km from the centre of Diepholz, 26 km from the centre of Vechta, 45 km from the centre of Osnabrück, on the lake, on the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: basketball, children's playground. Private: terraced garden (not fenced). In the house: restaurant, bar (all extra), kiosk. Parking at the house. Bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Dümmer See" 50 m, bathing lake "Dümmer See" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, sailing school 200 m. Please note: suitable for families.

Upper floor: (ladder) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 sleeping facilities. Terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, children's high chair (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
