The reality vs the photos was astonishing beginning with our entrance into the property. Although some effort was put into updating the property, the floors were extraordinarily unlevel with dips and humps throughout the house. (The floor warrants serious inspection) We had a snack and went to the beach only to return to find armies of ants in our food, up the walls, on and in drink bottles. The ant problem continued during our entire stay. The roach found in the bathroom this morning didn't really seem surprising in light of the dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The smart lock on the front door doesn’t work at all. The only way to lock the front door is with the deadbolt from the inside. So this property is literally accessible to anyone at all times. All rooms were dirty with dirt, grease, dust and pet hair (walls, floors, drawers, dishes, utensils, air fryer, etc). The house is in need of repair: smells bad; water stains and dry wall damage throughout; broken patio umbrella; rotten cotton hammock; the bath tub faucet is extremely loose from the wall; loose toilet seat; broken toilet paper holder; heavily stained shower curtain; slow drains; broken kitchen chair, etc. The furniture (beds, couch, dining set) and linens are cheap and uncomfortable.
